	Waiver Form - This assumption of risk and responsibility form must be filled out before your child stays with us at camp.
	Health Form - A health form is required for each camper to attend camp. We no longer require a physical from a physician on our health form. Parents should continue to fill a new health form for each camper each summer.
	Parent Letter - The parent letter contains information for parents, a packing list, and a map with directions to camp.
	First Time at Camp Letter - This letter contains information useful for parents whose children are attending camp for the first time.
