This page brings you to the 2009 online camper application. You will be able to fill out the form online, print it out, and submit the data electronically. This electronic submission will serve to save your spot in your session (provided we still have room) much like a faxed application has done in years past. Please read the bullet points below before proceeding to the form.
The online application requires Adobe Acrobat Reader version 5.0 or later in order to function properly. (Version 6.0 or later is recommended. Please also note that some Macintosh machines do not use Acrobat Reader as their default PDF viewer, which can cause problems.) If you are running an earlier version, the calculations performed in some of the fields will not work. You can download the latest version of Adobe Reader for free from the Adobe website >>.
Before filling out the application, please be sure you are connected to a functioning printer. You will be required to print out the application before you submit the electronic version. We require that you send a copy of this original printed version along with your deposit to camp within three business days in order to complete the application process.
You will not be able to save the information you enter into the form. Please be sure you have enough time to fill the form out completely, or do not close the browser window if you have to leave and come back to the form. (Once you have submitted the form, most (but not all) browsers will cache the data allowing you to hit the "Back" button to open the populated form. You can use this feature to quickly sign up multiple campers without re-typing all your personal information)

Step by Step: A Summary of the Online Application Process
Read the instructions above to make sure you have everything you need including a proper version of Adobe Acrobat reader and a working printer.
Click on the link to open the application.
Fill out the application. You can just hit the "Tab" button to move from one form field to another. Please pay special attention to the session choice section. Each session choice consists of three drop down menu selections: session number, program choice, and session date.
Print out a copy of the application to send it to Camp Gray along with the deposit.
Click the "Submit" button to electronically submit a summary of the application to camp. This will serve to save your camper's spot until we receive the original. Please click "Submit" only once. Depending on how many parents are using the form at the time, this may take a little while to process.
Once you have clicked the "Submit" button you should be redirected to a confirmation page stating we have received your data.
You should also receive an automated email message informing you that we have received your application.
When we receive your electronic application at Camp Gray, Tricia, our Guest Services Manager, will contact you only if there are problems. (i.e. we are missing some key data or your first session choice is filled.) If everything is in order and you are not contacted by Tricia you can rest assured that your spot has been saved.
Once we receive your original application and deposit in the mail, we will then will send you a receipt and
official confirmation of your application.
