	Application Forms	Visit this page for all your Camp Gray application needs. Click this link to download application forms for summer camp, family camp, camper scholarships, our counselor-in-training program, and Voyageur Expeditions.
	Registration Forms	This page contains informational letters and forms that are to be filled out once we have accepted your summer camp application. It includes the parent letter, packing list, health form, waiver form, and map to Camp Gray.
